专家简介:Professor Xiaojun Huang, Distinguished Professor at Rutgers University, USA。He received his PhD degree from Washington University, St. Louis in 1994;He had been a Dickson Instructorship at University of Chicago and AMS postdoctoral at MSRI from 1994—1997. He moved to Rutgers University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in 1997, then he became Associate Professor, Full Professor and became Distinguished Professor last year there. Professor Huang is a leader in Several Complex Variables, Complex Geometry and CR Geometry, he was selected as AMS fellow recently.

报告摘要:In this talk, we discuss the global property for a local holomorphic isometry, up to conformal factors, from a Kahler manifold into a product of complex projective spaces equipped with the induced Fubini-Study metric.  This in particular includes the case when the target is a product of Hermitian symmetric spaces of compact type. We allow the conformal factors to be negative and obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the conformal factors for the global extension and rigidity for the maps to hold. Our consideration is motivated by the recent studies of Clozel-Ulmmo and, in particular, the work of Mok. This is a joint work with Yuan Yuan from JHU.
